Bistrot Loiseau de France in Tokyo

Updated: May 16

To open beginning of june this year, Bistrot Loiseau de France will be located at the French Institute in Tokyo. Embodying an "Embassy of the terroirs of France" will be the mission of this new showcase, on the outskirts of the French quarter of Kagurazaka. The concept is directly inspired by Loiseau du Temps in Besançon that opened a year ago. Blanche Loiseau (who already spent some time in Japan in 2020), the second daughter of Bernard Loiseau, will directly supervise the opening of this new outlet.
